PL 200--Criminal Law
In class today, Tuesday 5/2, we went over pp. 332-348 of the text. We also went over the Maine sexual assault statutes, and I discussed one Maine case regarding the definition of force. The assignment for Thursday 5/4 is to finish reading ch. 10 of the text.
PL 302--Family Law
In class today, Tuesday 5/2, we went over ch. 14 of the text, and the 2 cases at the end of the chapter. I distributed copies of the Maine adoption statute, and we also went over 2 Maine cases, in re Brandon D., 2004 ME 98, and in re Melissa C. 516 A.2d 946 (Me, 1986). I also distributed the take-home final. On Thursday 5/4 we will go over any questions that you have regarding the exam.
