PL 200--Criminal Law
In class today, Thursday 3/29, we had Quiz #6. We then discussed the concept of justification, and went over the textbook through page 211. I also talked about one Maine case, and we looked at the Maine justification statutes. The assignment for Tuesday 4/3 is to read through page 228 of the text.

PL 499--Legal Ethics
In class today, Thursday 3/29, we discussed the 2 Ethics Opinions and the Disciplinary case regarding fees and money. The assignment for Tuesday 4/3 is to read Chapter 7 of the text, pages 153-172.

PL 200--Criminal Law
In class today, Tuesday 3/27, we finished our discussion of Chapter 6. I also discussed 2 Maine Supreme Court cases regarding solicitation. The assignment for Thursday 3/29 is to read through page 214 of the text.

PL499--Legal Ethics
In class today, Tuesday 3/27, we discussed the three money questions posed in the homework assignment. The assignment for Thursday 3/29 is to read and prepare to discuss the 2 Ethical Opinions and the Disciplinary case that I distributed in class.

PL 200--Criminal Law
In class today, Thursday 3/22, we had quiz #5. We discussed the textbook cases regarding attempt, and I also went over 3 Maine attempt cases. The assignment for Tuesday 3/27 is to read the rest of chapter 6 of the text.

PL 499--Legal Ethics
In class today, Thursday 3/22, we went over the concepts of chapter 6 of the text. The assignment for Tuesday 3/27 is to write out the ethics advice homework assignment that I distributed in class.

PL 200--Criminal Law
In class today, Tuesday, 3/20, we finished Chapter 5 and discussed through page 151 in Chapter 6. The assignment for Thursday 3/22 is to read through page 173 in the text.

PL 499--Legal Ethics
In class today, Tuesday, 3/20, we went over the take-home exam. The assignment for Thursday 3/22 is to read Chapter 7 in the text, pages 127-152.

PL 200--Criminal Law
In class today. Thursday 3/1, we had quiz #4. Then we went over 2 Maine cases discussing accomplice liability. We discussed through page 135 in the text. We also looked at the Maine statutes regarding corporate and corporate/individual liability. The assignment for Tuesday March 20 is to review the rest of Chapter 5 of the text and to read in addition through page 151 of the text.

PL 499--Legal Ethics
In class today. Thursday 3/1, we finished the oral presentations on the Grievance Commission decisions. The assignment for Tuesday March 20 is to do the take-home exam.
