PL 200--Criminal Law
In class today, Thursday 3/2, we discussed through the Nesbitt case on p. 158 of the text. I also talked about two Maine cases, and we discussed the applicability of several Maine statutes to the situation of attempted crimes. The homework for Tuesday, March 21, is to read through p. 178 of the text.
Pl 302--Family Law
In class today, Thursday 3/2, we discussed chapter 6 of the text. I also talked about two Maine cases, State v. Butt, 656 A2d 1225 and Rodrigue v. Brewer, 667 A2d 605. I handed out a photocopy of 19-A MRSA ยง1653. The homework for Tuesday, March 21, is to read and prepare to discuss the 3 cases at the end of Chapter 6 (pp. 245-260).
