PL 200---Criminal Law
In class today, Tuesday 3/21 we went over the text regarding impossibility and renunciation, as well as the Maine statutes and one Maine case. The assignment for Thursday March 23 to read through p. 196 of the text.
PL 302--Family Law
In class today, Tuesday 3/21 we went over the three cases at the end of Chapter 6. I distributed some Maine statutory handouts on child custody modification and defacto relationship for guardianship. The assignment for Thursday 3/23 is to brief the case of C.E.W. v. D.E.W. 2004 ME 43, 845 A.2d 1146. The case has a concurring opinion so add a sentence or two describing the point that the concurring Justices make.
