PL 301--Torts
As you probably know by now, class tonight (12/9) is canceled because of the snow storm.
The take-home exam will still be due next Monday. And it would still be worth your while to read the Walker case that was assigned for tonight.
If you have any questions about the exam, feel free to e-mail me. If there are general clarifications that might be helpful to the class, I will post them here on the blog. And so I urge you to check the blog before you submit your exam, just to see if there have been any clarifications.
