PL 200--Criminal Law
In class today, 2/23, we started with a quiz. Then we discussed the three assigned cases from the textbook, and went over the corresponding Maine statutes. The assignment for Tuesday 3/28 is to read through page 217 in the text.

PL 302--Family Law
In class today, 2/23, we went over the C.E.W. brief. I discussed a Maine grandparent visitation case, Conloge v. Conlogue, 2006 ME 12, as well as 2 cases that were mentioned in the C.E.W. case, Stitham and Young. We went over the Maine statutes regarding grandparent visitation and defacto guardianship. The assignment for Tuesday 3/28 is to read chapter 7 in the text, and to review ยง1653 (8) on child support in the Maine statutes.
